Dan Henry Bøhler
Resident Videographer, Sound Designer, and Composer
Dan Henry Bøhler is a Norwegian composer, sound designer, and motion graphics designer. In addition to designing and composing for video games, he recently produced, narrated, and composed the music for the audiobook The Easter Eggs by Gabriel Scott. Dan created, directed, and produced “The Witness” an educational music video about the Holocaust featuring a survivor of the concentration camps. This video, for which he composed all the music, is used as important educational material in Norway. While in New York, Dan has received commissions for numerous vocal works. Commissioned by Nevada Opera, he recently wrote, composed, and animated the operetta Jack and the Beanstalk, which had its world premiere at Reno Little Theater. Dan recently graduated Master of Music from Brooklyn College, with distinction, where he studied the latest in music technology and sound design. Currently Dan is a resident of Voyage Theater Company in NYC, the videogame company Sarepta Studio in Norway, and the composer, videographer, and visual editor of NRB Network’s The Seed Hour, airing weekly on DIRECT TV.
